About the event
The Cambodia Go Federation (CGF) is pleased to announce that it will hold its official launch ceremony and press conference in July 2025.
Following its successful registration and formal recognition by the Cambodian government, the CGF will begin the rollout of its national initiatives to promote and develop the game of Go (Weiqi) across the country. This event will mark the official commencement of CGF’s mission to integrate Go into the education system, support youth development, and position Cambodia as a leading force in Southeast Asian Go.
At the upcoming launch, CGF will present:
The official Go education roadmap and national syllabus
Plans for school-level implementation and teacher training
National ranking and competition systems
